This project aims to convey Human Centred Design thinking and understanding of the entire user experience of laundry, enabling us to envision newly discovered design opportunities that can help create a meaningful experience to the users.

Room for Improvement.
As with everything else, nothing is perfect and the ‘Circuit’ application / website and system was no exception.
The old Circuit application had poor user experience and lacked design consistency throughout their system / website and application. As a result, it created a stressful and frustrating experience for users to complete their desired tasks. The main application design was dated / slow / ineffective and exhibits a disjointed connection between the users and the machines. All the points listed inadvertently made it difficult for first time users to use.
What do users think?
The next stage was to gather reviews from App Store as well as the Google Play store, once gathered we have seen that the application is very poorly received by the public. Below you will see the rating it has been given as well as some quotes that stood out to us.
